The 7 Super-Easy Steps to Selling Coaching on Substack
I believe Substack is the EASIEST way for someone to build a mid-ticket ($1000 - $30k progression) coaching program from scratch, with organic (free) traffic.
It’s SO EASY.
Here are the steps:
Choose a topic that has proven coaching demand on Linkedin or Facebook Groups (because that proves there’s a market for your topic and price point)
Build trust and relationship through interactive posts and notes.
Use emails and (optional): DMs
Write a PowerDoc Google Doc that sells your program without sales calls or webinars.
Offer your $1000 - $2000 group coaching program as a front end offer
Optional: have higher-priced 1-1 or Masterminds $5k - $30k
As you scale, reinvest 10% of your income into team so they can do those steps for you (or train ai agents to do it, I can give you directions for that too)
The big reframe here is that instead of selling $29 courses or monthly recurring, you are specifically targeting individuals who are tired of consuming information, and want proximity to YOU so they can transform FAST.
And they are willing to pay $1000 to $30k for that proximity.
