God made us as humans, and He made us with an achievement and motivation mechanism that produces a state of flow when we are challenged just beyond our current capacity, and we are enjoying the thing we are doing.

Since I've been here no one has clean the church windows, no one is going to step up to the plate, so I guess I'll do it ... I feel guilty, I have been given so much, time to give some back.
