I’ve heard that before from a few different people, that the Christian industry is hard, but then I hear it’s possible and that they’re making big cash. I’m willing to give it a try because I really enjoy the personal life story theme. I like my maintaining joy newsletters also

So I honestly think it's possible, I think the key is making it something that's easily shared, and find a way to go wide with more people, with less money per person. The one thing you have to fight in the Christian market is that they don't all agree on silly little things . . so sometimes in communities you have to calm things down!!
but if that's your heart and that's where God's leading - go for it!

At what point in the amount of subs you have start to make this beneficial? I’m guessing with little to no people doing the live sessions were pretty empty. I’m curious where and how that shift happened.
so what's interesting is, I just did the stats for last 30 days, I got ~268 subs here in the last 30 days, almost excluslvely from notes and my newsletters
sure, I have 2000 subs already, but I honestly don't believe they contributed to 95% of these new subs . .
I truly believe you could do what I've done, even starting from ZERO
Well done, Sean - $29 is a fair price for something that has been recorded live. Sure, you could polish it up or rerecord to sell at $199 but then you don‘t hit the audience who needs it!

You can literally start doing this kind of thing if you want.
With the Christian topic it's much harder, I have a handful of paid Christian classes, but I usually end up not feeling right about charging.
So I feel a little like Paul in the New Testament - this is my tent making and then I do "Faith Based" Videos to share the message :-)

Interesting idea. I gave a live session for the audience of a friend of mine and what a good thing that she recorded it and sent me the replay.
I thought of editing the replay and adding some extra resources to go along with it.
I would have never thought about doing something like that if I hadn’t seen people before offering replays as standalone products.
yes, if it's valuable, people will buy it.
and if they buy it, they actually watch it!

So true Gunnar, there are so many options in repackaging it. But at this price the barrier is low!
… customers who bought this also bought that - much easier at $29 than at $99
yes, indeed . . .. and there are upsells as well.
and ultimately a $97/month coaching program too.
Long time clients are repeat buyers, as I am constantly iterating new class topics, so there's often new material for long term clients and buyers.
